HEALTH CHECKUP

We carry out all hydraulic equipments health check up to assess the condition of pumps , motors , and controls , and submit our reports so that owners can do the planned maintenance , and it will be useful for their budgeting and forecasting process

The following are checked during crane health check up:

 1) Steel structure (General crane condition)

 2) Inspection of rope pulleys on Crane towers and Jib

 3) Visual inspection of the Hoisting and Luffing rope.

 4) Visual inspection of Jib bearings.

 5) Visual inspection of Slewing bearing and Slewing gear pinions.

 6) Visual inspection of Hook Block.

 7) Inspection of hoisting/luffing winch and slewing gears.

 8) Hydraulic System Inspection

  a) General check of tightness

  b) General check for leakage in the hydraulic systems

  c) Condition of all the hoses and fittings

  d) Condition of the hydraulic oil cooler

  e) Condition of the hydraulic oil in the system(sample)

  f) Crane cooler temperatures in and out

  g) Grab performance

  h) Crane cycle time

  i) Hoisting, luffing and slewing pump pressure , temperatures and amperes

  j) Leak off measurement hydraulic motors /pumps

 9) Slewing Wear measurement/Rocking test
