Torque Technics is founded and headed by a Group of Marine Chief Engineers having combined experience of over 25 years in various types of Ships, 8 years in technical management and 15 years in industrial workshop.We are ably supported by team of service engineers and Technicians with industrial and shipyard experience.

Re-Conditioning
Whenever equipment is received for re-conditioning, we first examine the condition and evaluate the feasibility of cost effective and reliable repairs. A quote is then forwarded to the customer, with our proposed repair plan. We are equipped with a custom designed Test Bench for testing Hydraulic equipments up to a working pressure of 250 bar. Each equipment is tested prior opening up and Re-tested after overhaul. A test report is submitted while delivering the reconditioned equipment. We welcome our Customers to witness these tests. While testing Hyd Motors, to simulate for the load, we throttle delivery line to create back pressure and check positive sealing of pressure boundaries.
We have reliable vendors to supply high quality seals. Any critical component requiring replacement, is tested /analysed in a metallurgical laboratory, before we start making the substitute spare.
